Making Loyalty Cards More Rewarding

We’ve talked before about how smartphones are becoming ubiquitous.  I’m finding that my smartphone has begun to replace more and more things in my own life.  My wallet offers a ton of possibilities.  Gone are the days when I kept photos stored in a plastic case in my wallet.  Pictures are now stored on my phone (offering much better variety and far less bulk).  I used to keep some lucky fortune cookie slips in my wallet, but there are apps even for that now.

Working for Lemon, it was natural to move even the important parts of my wallet onto my phone.  I’ve got my new driver license in there, as well as my car insurance card and payment cards.  I’ve also added my loyalty cards.  It used to be the case that my purse was filled with half punched cards for food and drinks, or plastic rewards cards that I never remembered to show until I was walking out of the store.

Because I’m much more likely to have my phone than my wallet or my purse, I’m much more likely to have access to my loyalty cards in my Lemon Wallet.  Gone are the lost opportunities to earn points, rewards and frees stuff.   My loyalty cards just got a lot more rewarding.
